[edit] Overview

The staff information page provides users, that have access to the control panel, a page to enter information that is available to students. From the student view, users can see contact information for their instructors. The student view looks like this:

[edit] Adding A Profile

Click the profile button then enter the information desired. Email is the only information required. Once information has been entered click submit.

[edit] Options

  • Make the profile available: If set to No it won't be visible to students
  • Current Image: Shows the profile's current attached image
  • Attach Image: Allows you to upload an image to display next to the profile
  • Personal Link: A link to the staff member's own web site or page

[edit] Edit/Remove Profile

To edit or remove a profile go to the staff information page through the control panel. To edit a profile, click Image:ModifyButton.jpg. The edit profile page will look identical to the add profile screen shown above. To remove a profile click Image:RemoveButton.jpg.
