| Important | If you are an international student, you must contact the IT Helpdesk to obtain the 4 digit code to use as your SSN. Please call 813-974-1222 or e-mail help@usf.edu for assistance. |
- Choose your Security Question from the drop-down menu and enter your answer. If you ever lose your password, you will need to enter this to reset it, so it is very important you choose a security question and answer that you can easily remember.
- You will be shown your NetID, take note of this.
- You will be asked to set your password.
- When choosing a password it must be at least 8 characters long, and use only numbers and letter (no symbols such as $ or %). Using parts of your name will weaken your password. The password strength must be at least 'Good' before you will be able to set it.
