How to show/hide columns in Grade Center

Columns can be hidden and shown in the Grade Center to help de-clutter your view. This article will guide you through the process.

[edit] Accessing the Grade Center

To access the Grade Center, go to the Control Panel of your course and click on Grade Center.

The Grade Center may take a while to load depending on the size of your roster and the number of columns.

[edit] Organize Grade Center

To show and hide columns, first hover over the Manage button and click Organize Grade Center

[edit] Hide Grade Center Columns

Put a check mark next to columns you want to hide from view in the Grade Center:

Then click Hide Selected Columns from the Show/Hide menu.

Columns that are currently hidden will appear grayed out. Put a check mark next to the ones you want to be visible again:

Then click Show Selected Columns from the Show/Hide menu. They will then be visible again when viewing the Grade Center.
