How to make Gradebook items unavailable in the Student View

Follow these instructions to make Gradebook items unavailable in the Student View:

1. Go to the Control Panel of the desired course.
2. Select the 'Gradebook' link found under the 'Assessment' section.

3. Select the name of the item. This is found at the top of the column. For example, 'Total'.

4. Next, select the 'Item Information' link.

5. Under the second section (Options), select the 'No' option to make the item unavailable to users.
