How to enroll a TA

To enroll a TA into your course first go to your course Control Panel and click on the "Enroll users" link. Next search for the user by either their lastname or NetID, and please make sure to press the "Search" button after you type in the user's name.

This should generate a list of users matching the search criteria. Mark the box next to the correct user and then press the "OK" button at the bottom of the page.

The user has now been added to the course as a student. To change the role of the user click on the "List / Modify Users" link found in the Control Panel. Next search for the user by either their lastname or NetID, and please make sure to press the "Search" button after you type in the user's name.

This should once again generate a list of users matching the search criteria. Click on the Properties button next to the person you want to make a TA.

Scroll down to Role and click on the radio button next to TA. Click on Submit.
