[edit] Accessing the Grade Center
To access the Grade Center, go to the Control Panel of your course and click on Grade Center.
The Grade Center may take a while to load depending on the size of your roster and the number of columns.
[edit] Creating Grading Periods
After accessing the Grade Center, pull down the Manage list and click Grading Periods.
If you have any existing grading periods, they will be listed here with a Modify and Remove button. To add a new Grading Period, click the Add Grading Period button.
First, enter a name and, if desired, a description for this grading period.
Next, enter the time period that you want it to span. You can also automatically transfer assignments that have a due date in this range into this Grading Period.
When you are done, click
. You will get a yellow confirmation box back when redirected back to the Grading Periods page.
